In any given moment we have two options: to step forward into growth or to step back into safety.

Freedom through movement and breath.

Movement has always been where I’ve felt the most at home and free- a form of self-expression that helps me find truth and explore parts of myself otherwise hidden. When I started my yoga practice I realized the opportunity to connect even more deeply with the intimate wisdom of my physical body and heart through stillness and through breath.

I believe that a movement practice rooted in breath awareness provides a beautiful and secure space for developing mindfulness and self-evolution. I am passionate about the power of embodied experiences and I believe genuine transformation occurs through self-inquiry and exploration; when we challenge our boundaries and wholeheartedly trust in our inner knowing, we are empowered to explore our full potential and embrace personal growth and deep self-awareness. Transformation occurs when we are open to the unknown and allow ourselves to be vulnerable and go beyond our boundaries. I want to be brave enough to always try even if I fail and fall and to have the courage to rise again. My yoga practice provides a safe space where I can play in the unknown- where I can connect with what is real- here and now, and delve into that deeper part of myself that is true and ever steady.

I am humbled and inspired everyday I get to teach, everyday I get to share space and watch courageous yogis go deep into themselves and realize their own amazing limitless potential.

I teach an alignment-based practice of movement and breath that is both accessible and challenging- a flow that is dynamic, strong and fluid with lots of opportunity to get rooted through the hands and play upside down.

The Universe is within you.
Ask all from yourself.
