Nestled along the breathtaking surf coast, this retreat invites you to immerse yourself in a week of yoga, movement, and wellbeing. While structured sessions are an integral part, we also recognize the importance of personal time. This retreat provides a canvas for you to shape your own experience, be it through mindful reflection or venturing out to explore the surroundings and do some surfing.

Mari and Phil, with over two decades of expertise in health and movement practices, are passionate about nurturing growth, fostering connections, and cultivating awareness. Phil, a seasoned coach and trainer, emphasizes holistic health and tailors his approach to individual needs. Mari believes in self-inquiry and exploration, encouraging growth through movement and breath awareness.

Accommodations
You'll stay in the lap of luxury with the option to choose from the following accommodation packages:
